Global Account Sales Manager
Warwick International Hotels is looking for an energetic, dynamic, and aggressive sales professional to join their dynamic sales team as the Global Account Sales Manager. This position will be based at our Denver location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop existing accounts and maximizing exposure and increase of market share.
- To cross-sell and up-sell WIH hotels & resorts to assigned markets.
- Maximize revenue and customer satisfaction within assigned market.
- Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure a strong level of customer care routine is established and maintained.
- Schedule activity around review calls, renewal calls and customer queries, and soliciting new business.
- Initiates and answers sales calls relating to WIH hotels and resorts.
- Conduct telephone conversations to identify and qualify prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in computer based tracking system to be made available.
- Desk based telephone sales, carrying out site visits.
- Plan and organize follow up visits to key clients.
- ALL actions undertaken on behalf of the Company or for an individual hotel or resort are to be documented within Nexus on a daily basis
- Carry out any other task / role as may be assigned by the VP
- Keep updated with ongoing changes and upgrades of products/services of WIH hotels and continually updating this information to clients.
- Maintains the highest standard of courtesy, friendliness and personal behavior when dealing with clients.
- Continually monitor business prospects, performance at our competitive Hotels including specials released in the market place.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, be creative, energetic and sell with passion!
- Communicate and Partner with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional quality service to clients/customers.
- Represent hotel when necessary to local communities through affiliation with professional business organizations, attend major trade shows, community events, etc.
Job Requirements:
- College Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years hotels or related sales experience
- Multi-unit sales experience is required
- Proven track in developing and executing comprehensive and results oriented sales plans
- Require excellent oral, written and communication skills
- Require excellent computer skills
- Must have strong knowledge of Global sales market
- Must have strong organization skills
- Must be a focused person who strives on challenges and succeeds
- Well-versed in CRM software
- Up to 50% travel required

Loyalty Program and Social Media Manager
Job Description: Warwick International Hotels has over 45 hotels, resorts & spas worldwide in prestigious locations including Europe, USA, Asia, Africa, Bali and the Pacific.
We are currently seeking an experienced Loyalty Program and Social Media Manager to be based in our Denver Corporate Office.
This position will require a candidate who has the ability to successfully handle multiple projects and duties while also acting as the main contact for property level network information as it pertains to the property management systems, the Company Loyalty Program and management of company information as related to social media,
The Loyalty Program and Social Media Manager will be responsible for the direction and management of the WIH global guest loyalty program as well as year-over-year guest retention while increasing guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for driving new and dynamic initiatives to our existing base of guests while reaching out to new subscribers through creative marketing initiatives inclusive of social media avenues. This highly visible position will interact with all functional areas by managing cross-functional teams and processes to assure retention programs meet and exceed set targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality operator with multiple property and hotel information technology, reservations experience and related loyalty program and or social media management experience.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least five to seven years of related hotel experience with exposure to all areas of Reservations systems, Loyalty Program Database Administration, Social Media Marketing Management and Information Technology / MIS. We strongly prefer a candidate with an in depth knowledge of current hotel, web and related technology systems.
Knowledge of Fidelio Opera, Micros and other Reservations systems, Interface Options and Data Security Measures is a must as well as knowledge of all related network operations and reporting.
Must have outstanding communication skills, proven management and supervisory leadership skills, detail orientation and the ability to develop and implement procedures, processes and solutions for IT.
The ideal candidate will possess a hands on style, clear long-term strategic planning consistent with our business goals and objectives and the ability to manage multiple objectives successfully.
