The Hotel Warwick Geneva is looking for a Revenue and Reservations Manager. In his/her capacity, the candidate will manage a team of two reservations agents and be responsible to analyze and optimize the revenue streams of the various business segments.
A good knowledge of Opera and the various reservation tools is needed as well as a knowledge of Ideas or any revenue management system. The candidate will speak French and English fluently.
He/She will have a direct reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Yield & Distribution Channels Manager Europe and will work jointly with the Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing. Swiss and European citizen are welcomed to apply.

Human Resources and Training Manager - Warwick New York Hotel
Support day to day process in human resources assisting the Director, Human Resources in, coaching and counseling. Prepare paperwork for recruits, and hiring initiatives to attract and retain the best employees. Assist in reward and recognition programs and lead the initiatives in training strategies. The Human Resources and Training Manager will Train, Coach and Council employees based on guest feedback and to enhance their Warwick Guest Experience. Train and motivate in a formal environment to ensure a full understanding of SOP's and expectations in order to achieve excellence.
Support the Director, Human Resources by coordinating and leading the efforts of the human resources team in the day-to-day operation with supportive training curriculum to increase the over-all guest experience. Align the human resources function with the overall strategy of the hotel operation.
Requirements:
- Must be familiar with applicable collective bargaining agreements and relevant local labor union(s).
- Must be familiar with maintaining and administering employment, wage and salary, benefit, OSHA, ERISA, ADA and incentive programs (where applicable).
- Ability to set the environment providing resources, training, and feedback to maintain a cohesive team.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Working knowledge of wage and salary, employment and benefits administration and payroll

Restaurant manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant functions with a strong emphasis on dinner services; including but not limited to catering, private dining and special events. Additionally, will be responsible for leading the entire F&B needs of the hotel including breakfast, brunch, banquets, room service and catering. Detail oriented and guest focused is a must. Develop, implement and maintain quality standards for outlets, including supervision and direction of service staff. Also, requires the ability to generate revenue through various channels.
Specific job knowledge, skills and abilities:
Ability to supervise subordinate staff, including but not limited to ,assignment of duties, evaluating service and taking disciplinary action when necessary, knowledge o f hotel restaurant operations, food and alcoholic beverages.
Qualification standards:
Minimum of at least 3 years of related restaurant or hotel management or supervisory experience. A related bachelors or hospitality degree is preferred. Relocation is not offered for this position
