    Post Significant CRS Sales Records

for the First Six Months of 2006

With 37 luxurious hotels and resorts in exceptional locations on four continents – Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia/Pacific, Warwick International Hotels has established itself as one of the most dynamic and high-performing hotel groups. As realized in 2005, its 25th anniversary year, Warwick International Hotels and Resorts is continuing in 2006 achieving significant revenue results through dynamic, creative, and notable sales and marketing initiatives and effective revenue management techniques worldwide.

Warwick International Hotels’ ongoing sales successes, which are evident throughout the year-over-year reporting via our Central Reservations System, reflect an increase of 56% in room revenue for the first six months of 2006 vs. 2005, which equates to an increase in room revenue generated through the CRS from 8.6 to 13.5 Million US$.

This increase is realised within all distribution channels, with significant revenue growth of 74% for Voice reservations, an increase of 67% within the GDS and a 53% increase from our links via our website, www.warwickhotels.com. Generating turnover of $3.6 million in the first six months of 2006, our website, created in the 4th quarter of 2004, received the award for ‘Best Hotel & Lodging Website’ by the Web Marketing Association in 2005.

The “Collection’s” destinations with higher than average results are New York with + 68%, Milan: +67%, Barcelona: +42% and Paris with an increase of 30%.

These excellent results are due to a very dynamic hotel industry, as well as the many sales actions and efforts put forth by Warwick International Hotels.  Some of these actions are an effective communication campaign launched both internally and externally with the Group’s new identity, a direct monthly sales approach to the retail travel agency community and the primary consortium, and the launching of an electronic Group reference directory, called ‘e-Directory’, that is available for download from www.warwickhotels.com. This interactive directory is a great technological innovation, which enables anyone to have updated information anytime with direct links to reservations, individual hotel and resort information and Group reference material.

Warwick International Hotels has grown their Collection during the past 12 months with 8 new Affiliate Member Hotels and an objective of adding three new hotels before the end of this year. This growth will bring the entire collection to 40 Hotels & Resorts (13 owned hotels and resorts & 27 Affiliated Member Hotels). Warwick International Hotels is developing itself at a very rapid pace, especially in Europe and its main capitals.

The second quarter of 2006 was marked by the re-opening of the Grand Hôtel in Cannes, fully renovated by the famous designer Nicolas Papamiltiades, the grand opening of the Hotel Molina Lario in Málaga, Spain and the new affiliation of the Central Plaza Hotel in Zurich.

Warwick International Hotels has also signed an additional hotel group into their International Hospitality Aliance (IHA) with Gloria International Hotels, a group of 15 luxury hotels & resorts throughout China. This is the second group to be part of the IHA, the first being with Mirvac Hotels & Resorts throughout Australia & in New Zealand.

‘The aim of this partnership is to broaden the awareness of each of these distinction independent hotel groups in each other’s respective markets through a strategic development following a specific geographical logic. The IHA wishes to introduce and propose exclusive offers in each primary destination by reaching a much wider audience of potential guests, corporate travel planners and meeting and incentive planners’ said GPaul LeBlanc, Vice president Sales & Marketing for Warwick International Hotels.
