Family Plan & Child Policy

• ​Children up to 12 years stay free when sharing existing bedding.  
• ​Children from 1-5 years eat free in the restaurant.
•​ Children from 6 to 12 years are subject to 50 % discount on Food & Beverage.
• ​Extra bed option for available with a supplement.
• ​Baby cots are free of charge and subject to availability.
•​ Children of 13 years and above pay full adult rate for rooms and F&B consumption.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

•​ All cancellations must be received in writing by fax or email and shall be acknowledged by the Hotel.
• ​Cancellation requests should be received 24 Hrs. prior to arrival Cancellation received less than 24 Hrs. to arrival one-night charge will apply.
•​ Should No-Show take place, a one-night No-Show charge will apply except for Exhibitions/Events whereby a full length of stay chargeable.

Check-In/ Check-Out Time

•​ Check-in time is 14:00 HRS on the day of arrival. 
•​ Check-out time is 12:00 pm on the day of departure. 
• ​Should your guests require an early check-in, the following charges are applicable:
•​ After 09:00 am and before 02:00 pm will be subject to 50% charge of the contracted room rate.
•​ Before 09:00 am will be subject to one full night charge of the contracted room rate and rooms must be reserved one night prior to arrival.
• ​Early Check-in and late check-out subject to room availability.
