Hotel Policies

Check In/Checkout for hotel guests: Warwick Seattle’s check in time is 4:00 pm, and check out time is 11 am. The hotel will make every effort to personalize our guests' stays if provided ETA information at time of reservation. Late checkout requests may be made through the front desk only, and are subject to determination based on hotel occupancy. Additional charges may apply.

No Gathering Policy and Non-Registered Persons Visitation Policy:
For the well-being and safety of our guests, gatherings and loud disturbances of any kind in the guest rooms or on the guest room floors are prohibited at all times. A gathering is defined as five or more non-registered guests visiting or gathered in the guest room at any time. In the event of a reported disturbance, we will reiterate our policy and ask for compliance. Should the disturbance persist, the guests in violation of our policy will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. The registered hotel guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting.  Non-registered guests are not permitted to visit guest rooms or guest room floors between 10pm and 6am. If a registered guest wishes to allow a non-registered guest to visit between 10pm and 6am, they must register the guest to the guest room in advance. If a registered guest violates our non-registered persons visitation policy, we will reiterate our policy and ask for compliance. Should the violation of policy continue, the registered guest(s) will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. If a guest room is found to be abnormally dirty or if any damages are found, a charge may be assessed to clean the excess or repair the damages. 

Luggage Storage: This is a complimentary service and the Concierge or Guest Services team will assist you with this request. They should be contacted at the reception counter.

Cancellation Policy: All confirmed reservations not cancelled at least two days prior to arrival (defined as 4:00 pm local time two days prior) will be the responsibility of the traveler. Cancellations received within the 48-hour period or a “no show” will incur one night’s room and tax charge to be assessed to the credit card on file. Please provide notice of cancellation before 4:00 pm two days prior to the arrival day to avoid a penalty of one night’s room & tax. Non Refundable Rate options require full payment via credit card at time of booking and are non-refundable.

Deposit/Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival by first night room deposit, guaranteed with a major credit card with expiration date. The hotel does not charge the card on file unless the reservation is cancelled within the 48-hour period noted, or a “no show.” The hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by the above methods. Upon check-in guests may use another form of acceptable payment for their accommodations.

Reservations guaranteed by a credit or debit card will be pre-authorized for guests stay the morning of arrival. If guests method of guarantee does not accept the pre-authorization, that reservation will be held until 4pm local time after which time the reservation will be cancelled.

Taxes and Fees on Guest Rooms: State tax of 8.7% and occupancy tax of 7.0% (15.7% total) state & city tax are applied to the room rate per night. The city also imposes a 2.3% Seattle Tourism Improvement Area (STIA) fee, per night. (Subject to change based on government regulation)

Urban Retreat Fee: The daily Urban Retreat Fee of $25.00 (plus 15.7% tax) provides guests with a large array of exclusive hotel services and amenities, including:

  • Standard bandwidth Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel
  • Bottled water available at the reception desk
  • Access to the pool and hot tub
  • Twenty-four hour access to the fitness center offering treadmills, an elliptical trainer, AMT (advanced motion trainer), recumbent bicycle, free weights, and more
  • Twenty-four hour access and use of the business center computers and printer
  • In-room premium coffee and tea
  • In-room personal safe
  • Unlimited local and toll-free calling (international calls not included)
  • Coupons to area attractions and eateries

The urban retreat fee is applicable to all guests and is subject to 15.7% tax.

Smoking Policy: Warwick Seattle is a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel, including Juliet balconies. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guestroom, the hotel will charge a $250.00 cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out.

Pet Policy: Warwick Seattle does not accept pets with the exception of service animals. Please advise when making a reservation if bringing a guide dog or service animal into the hotel so we may prepare for arrival accordingly.

Third and Extra Person Fee: Room rates are listed for single / double occupancy. Additional adults (defined as 13 or older) sharing a room will incur a charge of $20 per night, per person, up to four in a room. Applicable taxes apply.

ADA Policy: Warwick Seattle is 100% compliant with the American’s With Disabilities Act (ADA). We offer 12 accessible rooms within the hotel, three with roll-in showers. Please ensure requests reach us by placing it in the comments section of the online reservation form, or by calling us directly at 800-426-9280 after the reservation has been made.

Roll Away Beds, Sofa Beds and Connecting Rooms: Roll away beds are $20 per night plus tax (fee is in addition to 3rd person fee if required). Room type must fit rollaway (note: double queen rooms do not accommodate a rollaway) and requests must be confirmed with property directly. Connecting rooms are limited must be confirmed with property directly. Limited king rooms with sofa beds are on an availability basis and must be confirmed with property directly.

Children’s Policy: Children 12 and under are free if using existing bedding. Rollaway fee applies if required (note: double queen rooms do not accommodate a rollaway). Cribs are complimentary.

Minimum Age Requirements: All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at Warwick Seattle. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification. Accommodations with access to mini bar alcohol will only be granted to those guests with a valid ID confirming 21 years of age or older. Any guest who does not meet the minimum legal drinking age of 21 will be denied any room service that includes alcohol.

Hotel Payment Policy: In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in sufficient credit credentials for payment of accommodations must be provided through the authorization of a debit or credit card. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a credit hold in the amount of guest room charges, applicable taxes and a provision for incidental charges will be placed on the banking account. Cash payment upon check out is acceptable.

Indoor Heated Pool & Whirlpool: The indoor heated swimming pool and whirlpool are located on “B” level. The pool and whirlpool are open from 5:00 am to midnight and are accessible by using your room key. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Filtered water fountains (including bottle filler) and rest rooms are located just to the left of the fitness center.

Fitness Center: The fitness center is available 24-hours a day and is located on “B” level, accessible by using your room key. Filtered water fountains (including bottle filler) and rest rooms are located just to the left of the fitness center.
