Oasis Spa is a popular retreat, and advance reservations are recommended.
How early should I arrive for my spa services?
Please check in at the Spa reception at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid inconvenience to other guests. Use of the Spa shower before treatments is encouraged for relaxation.
What should I do with my jewellery and valuables?
It is recommended to leave valuables behind. A deposit box is available at the Spa if required.
What products are used?
Oasis Spa proudly uses locally sourced Volcanic Earth products, also available for purchase at the Spa.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Gift certificates are available for specific treatments or a monetary value. Visit the Spa reception or email for purchase.
