Every Sunday, the Chef and his team invite you to spend a pleasant time around a copious and gourmet Brunch in the form of a savory/sweet buffet, where you can sit down and enjoy with family or friends!

- Bakery: wide choice of breads (selection of gluten-free breads on request), brioches, pastries, butter and jams
- Savory: scrambled eggs, oysters, shrimp, whelks, smoked salmon, gravlax salmon and Parisian-style salmon, tarama and blinis, crispy shrimp, salmon makis and tuna California rolls, charcuterie and foie gras, pâté en croute, Coppa, chorizo, Serrano ham, White ham, bacon, poultry sausages, chicken and vegetable gyozas, Chicken club sandwich, Lorraine quiche and mushroom quiche, Hummus and moutabal, tomato-mozzarella salad, avocado-shrimp salad, salad verrine Caesar, savory muffins, mature French cheese platter.
- Sweet: chocolate mousse, lemon tart, cheese cake, red fruit panna cotta, chocolate Opera, pancakes and madeleines, cookies, assortment of macarons and mini cannelés, Paris-Brest praline, Paris-Brest with pistachio, cake marbled chocolate and lemon cake, fresh seasonal fruit platter
