Brand Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Brand Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team at Warwick Hotels and Resorts. You will play a crucial part in supporting our hotels in their marketing actions and initiatives, the development and execution of brand marketing strategies and ensuring the consistent promotion and positioning of our brand across various channels.
With a Cross Functional Role, the Brand Marketing Specialist will be responsible for facilitation, collaboration and execution of all WHR global marketing and branding initiatives, training and deployment as well as be the WHR branding subject matter expert and ambassador.    


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, implementation and analysis of brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of compelling marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, social media assets, and more such as WHR listing cards, on and offline brochures and other corporate or hotel branding materials.  
  • Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance our brand's positioning.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Public Relations, and Operations, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Support the maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure brand compliance across all touchpoints.
  • Review and assist with all global, adhoc hotel email marketing campaigns. Upon submission review with hotel final tests, and submit to corporate team for approval and scheduled distribution.
  • Collaborate closely with the hotels to assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of brand marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the brand.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for marketing and brand development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, any additional language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in marketing or hospitality is a plus.
