A: Warwick currently offers eGift Cards valid only at Warwick US Hotels & Restaurants, as well as Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas. These eGift Cards are purchased via the eGift Cards purchasing page on our website: warwickhotels.com/purchase-egift-cards/. They are virtual, so they are sent to the recipient via email. The recipient may then print out a copy of the eGift Card for redemption at a Warwick US hotel, restaurant, Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas or show it to hotel staff on a personal handheld device, such as a smart phone.
Q: Can paper-based gift certificates still be used?
A: Yes, all paper-based Warwick Hotels and Resorts gift certificates still in circulation will be honoured.
Q: In what denominations are eGift Cards sold?
A: EGift Cards can be purchased on our web site in any denomination ranging from 10 USD to 10,000 USD.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: When an order is placed online, the credit card will be charged after "Confirm Order" has been clicked on the check-out window of the completed order form.

Q: What can eGift Cards be used for?
A: Warwick Hotels and Resorts eGift Cards can be used for accommodations and dining. For in-house guests, any charge that can be applied to a hotel folio can be paid for with an eGift Card. This includes taxes and gratuities. To avoid disappointment, we suggest that eGift Card holders mention or present the eGift Card at the time of booking.
Q: Does the holder of an eGift Card have to be a hotel guest to use the eGift Card?
A: The holder can use his/her eGift Card to pay for meals or services purchased at a participating Warwick Hotels and Resorts, even if he/she is not currently a guest there. Please note, however, that services or facilities (such as spas) may only be available to in-house guests. We suggest that eGift Card holders check with the hotel at time of booking.
Q: Does the full value of the eGift Card have to be redeemed at once?
A: Unlike a paper-based gift certificate, eGift Cards are designed to carry a balance. Therefore, if a guest uses his/her eGift Card to pay for something of lesser value than is stored on the card, the amount of the purchase will be subtracted and the remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.
Q: Do eGift Cards have an expiry date?

Q: Can eGift Cards be redeemed for cash?
A: EGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and should be used as payment at a Warwick Hotels and Resorts US hotel and Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas.
