Urban Retreat Fee

Warwick Seattle applies a nightly $25 (plus tax) facility fee to guest reservations. The Urban Retreat Fee provides guests with a generous array of exclusive hotel services and amenities, to include:

• Standard bandwidth Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel
• Bottled water available at the reception desk
• Access to the pool and hot tub 
• Twenty-four hour access to the fitness center offering treadmills, an elliptical trainer, AMT (advanced motion trainer), recumbent bicycle, free weights, and more 
• Twenty-four hour access and use of the business center computers and printer
• In-room premium coffee and tea
• In-room personal safe
• Unlimited local and toll-free calling (international calls not included)
• Coupons to area attractions and eateries

This urban retreat fee is applicable to all guests and is subject to 15.7% tax.
