We have equipped your desk with international multi-plug adaptors. Additional adaptors are available at the reception and have to be returned upon check-out.
Please note that the power sectors are at 220V in the room and 110V in the bathroom (electric razor).
We stay at your disposal for any assistance.
Our rooms have an individual temperature thermostat which allows you to regulate the temperature from 18°C to 23°C (64°F to 74°F). Dynamic windows from SageGlass by Saint Gobain tints automatically to control sunlight, without shades or blinds.
The airport is located at nearly 4 km from Geneva city Centre. It is easily reachable by using the Unireso public transport. With the free transportation pass given upon check-in. For additional assistance regarding the airport or airlines please feel free to contact our reception desk.
Offering a wide range of cocktails, wine and snacks every day from 6:30am to 12am, the Téséo Bar is perfectly suited for a casual rendezvous or business meeting in the area.
Our reception team is available to change your reservation according to your booking conditions. We kindly advise you to check the cancellation policies stated on your confirmation letter in order to avoid any penalties. Please note that any reservation made through a third party, online website or travel agent cannot be modified without notice from the original supplier.
Our Téséo restaurant offers Continental and Buffet breakfast from 6:30am to 10:30am.
Should you prefer to enjoy the breakfast in your room, please hang your order on the outside door knob before 3am or call Room Service.
Computers and printers access is available 24/7 the reception.

Warwick Geneva’s seven multipurpose event spaces, enhanced with daylight from floor-to-ceiling windows, are as adaptable as they are welcoming. Whether for a cocktail or a conference of 200 guests, there’s a space perfectly suited for any meeting, event or wedding!

CREDIT CARDS - EXCHANGE
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, JCB and Maestro. If needed, our reception team can exchange most foreign currencies into Swiss Francs. However, please note that we cannot sell any other foreign currencies.
In addition, a currency exchange counter is located next to the hotel and is open during the week from 9am to 7pm and on Saturday until 6pm: MONEY EXCHANGE – 16 rue de Lausanne – +41 (0)22 732 10 50
Please report any damaged equipment upon your arrival or during your stay to our reception desk and our technician’s team will do their utmost to fix it.
Please note that the management reserves the right to charge guests with any direct damage resulting from the improper use of the equipment.
The departure time is 12pm (noon). Should you need a late check out, please let the reception know in order to confirm availability and conditions.
Departure up to 4pm will be charged at 50% of the room rate of the day of departure and 1 night charge, if you stay after 4pm.
DOCTOR/MEDICAL ASSISTANCE & MEDICINE
Doctors are available on call, to see you in your room or at a nearby clinic. The Hotel is not allowed to provide you with medications, but our reception team will direct you to the closest pharmacy: Amavita Pharmacy Cornavin Station - open from Monday to Saturday from 7am to 11pm, Sunday from
10am to 11pm and on bank holidays from 10am to 8pm.

Once we have received the message, we will print it and send it to your room.
Our rooms can legally accommodate to 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old. A baby cot can be offered for children up to 2 years old and an extra bed can be added for children between 3 and 12 years old at no additional cost. Children over 12 years old are considered adults and an extra room will be needed for their stay.
Your documents can be sent to the hotel main fax number at +41(0)22 716 8001 and picked up at your convenience at the reception desk.
You can enjoy a complimentary daily access to our Silhouette Fitness Partner. Access passes can be collected from the reception desk. Located at only 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel on rue des Alpes in the direction of Lake Geneva, Silhouette Sports Club is open from 7am to 10pm on weekdays and from 8am to 6pm on weekends. Complimentary towels onsite and free access to all facilities will be given on site.
Please report any fire by immediately dialing the SOS button on your in-room telephone and follow the following steps:
• Evacuate your room and hotel calmly by following the Exit signs.
• Never return back to your room or the place of fire.
• Never use elevators!
If smoke makes the hallway or stairs impassable, stay in your room and show your presence on the window, awaiting the arrival of fire-fighters.
Please note that a wet and closed door sealed by any kind of means (wet towels or sheets) offers a longer period of protection.
Our housekeeping team cleans the rooms every day from 8am to 4:30pm. Please let our housekeepers know when you would like your room to be cleaned by hanging the cleaning card on your room door. Otherwise, please hang your “Do not disturb” card if you do not want to be disturbed and wish us to clean at another time.
Enjoy FREE WiFi in the entire hotel by choosing the closest network available and logging your devices onto the Warwick Geneva internet access page. Please inform our reception team should you require assistance.
An iron and an ironing board can be borrowed from Housekeeping upon request.
Please note that you are responsible for the proper use of the equipment.
LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING
A dry cleaning service is available on weekdays only (except bank holidays) as well as a laundry and ironing service, every day from 8am to 5pm.
Please note that a minimum of 3 hours is needed for laundry and the pick-up will be done before 10am from your room to be returned latest at 5pm. In case you wish to have your clothes returned within 3 hours, a 50% extra charge will be required as Express Service. For further information, please call Housekeeping.
LOST & FOUND
Please contact the reception for any lost or forgotten items in your room during or after your stay at the hotel. For confidentiality reasons, we never contact our guests on our own initiative. Please note that a forgotten item will be kept for 1 year and destroyed afterwards.
Our doormen will be delighted to assist you with your luggage upon request at check in or check out. If you are leaving the hotel after 12pm (noon) a storage room is available at the reception.
Please note that for security reasons, we are not allowed to keep your personal belongings overnight.
MOVIES ON DEMAND – PAY TV
Press the «Menu» button on the remote control and select «Video on demand». On your request the broadcasting of these movies can be blocked by the reception.
A selection of drinks and snacks is available in your room with the price list. You can also order your favorite drinks or ask for ice by calling room service.
Please note that a choice of newspapers is available in the lobby.
Upon request, the reception can also arrange the delivery of other newspapers, (additional charges).
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
Please note that the Hotel does not have a private parking.
If you wish to benefit from our preferred parking rate agreement with the parking «Les Cygnes» located just next to the hotel, please pass by the reception desk before leaving the car parking lot, with your car park entrance ticket, in order to get a prepaid card. Please note that this agreement offers our clients to be charged per 24hour at a preferred price for one way in and out with your car.
The parking lot is closed for entries from 9pm to 5am during the week, and from 10pm to 9am on Sundays. Exits 24/7. Please contact the reception for the rates. However, you will be able to park your car (charged per hour) at any of the close public parking: “Les Arcades” in front of the hotel and “Cornavin” at the train station.
Please submit your letters to the reception. Our staff will assist you with your shipments. Please be informed that the hotel will only accept incoming mail with names that have a room reservation, and we will not pay for possible custom fees. Please note that we cannot guarantee all types of shipments and will respect the import and export rules of Switzerland.
Please note that upon arrival, a public transportation pass (UNIRESO) is provided free of charge. The pass will give you unlimited access to all Geneva public transports including tram, bus or the boats “Mouettes” and even trains up to Geneva airport.
From the hotel, several connections by bus and tram are possible. Maps of the public transportation are available at the reception.
Our restaurant Téséo invites you to taste its seasonal cuisine.
The restaurant is open daily from 12pm (noon) to 2.30pm and from 7pm to 10.30pm.
Our room service menu is available from 6.30am to 11pm. For any special order, our Chef is at your disposal through regular meal hours.
Your room is equipped with an individual safety box, with full instructions inside. The safe is used under the sole responsibility of our guests. The hotel denies any responsibility for items stored by guests in their individual safe.
Please be informed that you can also store your valuable belongings in the hotel safe available at the reception. A deposit of CHF500.- is required in the unfortunate case of key loss.
Generally, shops are open from 9am until 6pm, from Monday to Saturday. Shops located at the train station and at the airport have extended hours and are open 7 days a week. For any recommendation, please contact our reception team.
Taxis are available on call or from the taxi spot located at the train station, just in front of the hotel. Should you prefer a private transfer, please contact the reception.
We offer a tea and coffee set in each room, with a complimentary daily renewal.
All external calls made from your room are automatically charged to your room.

Please note that in case of using prepaid calling cards, your calls will be charged on a contractual base. Every time you dial a 0800 number whether the call c
onnects or not a charge will incur.
Toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream and extra towels are available upon request by contacting the housekeeping.
You may borrow an umbrella from the reception.
The reception can provide you with a wake-up call.
You can also use the alarm function on your TV by selecting «Menu» using the remote and choosing “services” and finally «Wake up».
