Le Spa Etiquette
ARRIVAL
For an exceptional spa experience, we suggest our guests to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to complete the necessary consultation forms.
LATE ARRIVALS
Guests arriving later than the scheduled appointment may shorten the duration of the treatment. Unfortunately, extensions may not be possible beyond the booked time as to prepare for the next appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to appointment time will incur a 50% charge and a no show will incur a 100% charge.
ATTIRE DURING TREATMENT
During body treatments, we recommend that our clients only be in their undergarments. Disposable undergarments are available in the treatment room.
SAFE-KEEPING
You are invited to utilize our lockers for safe-keeping of your personal belongings. For our hotel guests, we recommend that you leave all valuables and jewelry inside your room. Note: Please make sure to lock your respective lockers when going to our wet areas or when going to treatments. Le Spa by Warwick Melrose will not be liable for the safekeeping of your valuables.
CHILD POLICY
Spa treatments are available to guests age 12 – 17 when accompanied by an adult.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
We encourage our clients to inform our staff for any medical conditions, injuries or if they are pregnant at time of booking as some treatments may not be suitable for them. Our Spa team will guide you in selecting suitable treatments applicable to your condition.
DISCRETION
The Le Spa by Warwick Melrose is a place of tranquility and relaxation. We encourage our guests to maintain a quiet environment whilst inside the spa as some guests are having their treatments. Also, kindly ensure your mobile phones are on silent mode.
