Facilities Fees

Tax, Fee & Service: Applicable 6% state and 9% city tax with a 2% Tourism Public Improvement District (TPID) Fee. The TPID Fee of 2% is subject to a 9% city tax.
The daily Urban Retreat Fee of $20 (plus tax) provides guests with a large array of exclusive services and amenities:
