Hotel Policies

Check-In Time: 3pm Check-Out Time:12 noon 

Early Checkout: Early check out charge is applicable, up to one night’s room and tax.
Not applicable for prepaid non-refundable reservations.

Late Checkout: Available upon request with maximum delayed check out of 5pm.
Late checkout is subject to a fee of up a half-day’s rate. Please note that other conditions might apply during high season as well as for special offers see rate description

No Gathering Policy and Non-Registered Persons Visitation Policy:
For the well-being and safety of our guests, gatherings and loud disturbances of any kind in the guest rooms or on the guest room floors are prohibited at all times. A gathering is defined as five or more non-registered guests visiting or gathered in the guest room at any time. In the event of a reported disturbance, we will reiterate our policy and ask for compliance. Should the disturbance persist, the guests in violation of our policy will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. The registered hotel guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting.  Non-registered guests are not permitted to visit guest rooms or guest room floors between 10pm and 6am. If a registered guest wishes to allow a non-registered guest to visit between 10pm and 6am, they must register the guest to the guest room in advance. If a registered guest violates our non-registered persons visitation policy, we will reiterate our policy and ask for compliance. Should the violation of policy continue, the registered guest(s) will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. If a guest room is found to be abnormally dirty or if any damages are found, a charge may be assessed to clean the excess or repair the damages. 

Family Policy: Children up to 16 years of age stay free in parents’ room using existing bedding. Children aged 17 and older are charged full price.

Group Policy: Five or more rooms booked at once are considered a group and are subject to group contracts. Please contact hotel for group pricing.

Rollaway Charge: 20.00 USD.

Pet Policy: No pets. Only service animals are permitted.

Commission Policy: Commissions based on room rate only for actualized or charged room nights. Exceptions may apply. Please See HP.
Commission Percentage: 10% standard unless contracted otherwise.

Guarantee Policy: Credit Card Guarantee. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Credit Card will be authorized for entire stay plus incidentals within 48 hours to arrival. If the credit card on your reservation is not valid or does not authorized; your reservation is considered a courtesy hold and subject to cancellation without notice. Be advised; we reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that fraudulent or inappropriate activities are at play or where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error

Cancellation Policy: Free change or cancellation 48-hours before local hotel check-in time on day of arrival. Modifications or changes to this reservation inside of 48-hours to arrival could result in a fee or penalty charge of one-night room and tax. Please note that other conditions might apply during high season as well as for special offers; see rate description. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to modify your reservation; price is subject to change. Early departures and No-shows will result in a fee of one-night room and tax.
