About Chef Tom Brown

Originally from Cornwall, Michelin-starred chef Tom Brown began his career under Rick Stein before training with Nathan Outlaw, rising to Head Chef at Outlaw’s restaurant at The Capital Hotel, where he retained its Michelin star. In 2018, he opened the acclaimed Cornerstone in Hackney Wick, followed by Pearly Queen in Shoreditch in 2023, showcasing both his signature creativity and passion for exceptional seafood.
