    Beef arancini with sun-dried tomato mayonnaise and arugula
    Tuna tataki (ponzu, daikon, marinated mushrooms, oranges, and pepper)
    Duck wonton (mango, mushroom, onion and plum sauce)

    Braised beef ribs in red wine, potato gratin and seasonal vegetables
    Spicy honey-glazed chicken breast with sage juice reduction, butter-glazed vegetables and creamy potatoes
    Black cod, lemon butter sauce, celeriac, asparagus and saffron rice
    Braised lamb shank, mashed potatoes, onion, carrot and green beans
    Vegan Thai massaman curry, mushrooms, Chinese broccoli, tofu, cashews and coconut milk
