Our Fitness Centre and Sauna
Renovated in March 2024, discover our relaxation and well-being area during your stay!
This wellness area is equipped with state-of-the-art, connected "Technogym" professional sports equipment. You'll also find a sauna. Alone or with a partner, you can take the time to relax and recharge your batteries. Whether you're a regular or a beginner in cardio, weight training or Pilates, our fitness room is designed to meet your every need! Pedal with power on our elliptical bikes and vibrate to the rhythm of your own energy on our state-of-the-art treadmills. Release stress with our boxing bag, tone your muscles on our weight bench and sculpt your figure with our dumbbells. From exercise balls to resistance bands, we have a variety of accessories to diversify your workout. After an intense workout or in slow mode, our new sauna with its elegant design will offer you a relaxing bubble to fully recharge your energy.
A massage menu will soon complement these services.
