Wander through stalls of local producers before pausing for a coffee and a freshly baked brioche aux pralines, a Lyon specialty known for its pink caramelized almonds.

Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse

Head to Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, the city’s iconic indoor food hall and a true temple of gastronomy.
