Condé Nast Johansens created the Awards for Excellence to acknowledge, reward and celebrate the hotels and spas in its collection. The distinction is recognised by luxury travellers and travel professionals alike.
Two hotels, two expressions of service
Hôtel Westminster stands on rue de la Paix, between Place Vendôme and the Opéra Garnier. In a hotel of 102 rooms, the concierge desk is where much of a guest’s Paris is shaped: the table secured at short notice, the evening at the opera, the address worth crossing the city for.
Some members of our concierge team belong to Les Clefs d’Or, the international association of hotel concierges, recognisable by the crossed golden keys worn on the lapel. Membership is earned through years of experience and the sponsorship of fellow members. The shortlisting for Best Concierge recognises the team that does this work, day after day, and we congratulate them warmly.
The Capital Hotel, Apartments & Townhouse - London brings together a 73-room hotel, serviced apartments and a townhouse in Knightsbridge. The hotel completed a major renovation in 2025 and 2026: guest rooms, suites and circulation spaces were redesigned by JSJ Design, whose work is rooted in celebrating British heritage with a contemporary sensibility. The hotel’s shortlisting for Best Suites reflects the feedback of the guests who have stayed in its suites and the assessments of Condé Nast Johansens Local Experts. It is a fine tribute to the team who prepare and care for them every day.
For us, these two shortlistings are a source of real pride. They reflect what we value across the Warwick collection: service delivered by people who know their city, in hotels that each have their own story to tell.
Voting closes on Monday 19 October 2026. Thank you to every guest who takes a moment to support our teams; we look forward to sharing the results with you on 2 November.
