- The presence of a pet during your stay must be communicated at the time of booking.
- We accept domestic pets only, at a cost of €20.00 per day in addition to the room rate.
- Pets must be well-trained and under their owner's control at all times. Guests are responsible for complying with all local regulations regarding pets.
- Pets must be kept on a leash whenever they leave the guest room and may not be left unattended in the room, except during breakfast hours. Guests must provide a contact telephone number and remain reachable while on the hotel premises.
- Pets are not permitted to use the bathtubs or showers in guest rooms.
- Hotel towels, linens, and bedding must not be used to clean pets.
- Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, bars, or fitness centre. This restriction does not apply to guide dogs and other certified assistance animals.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both on hotel grounds and in the surrounding area. Any disturbance caused by barking or other nuisances must be immediately addressed to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
- Guests are fully responsible for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by their pets during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damage caused by their pets within the property.
- Guests assume full financial and legal responsibility in the event that another hotel guest is injured or affected by their pet during an incident occurring on hotel premises. The hotel, its management, and owners cannot be held liable for damages caused by pets. The hotel reserves the right to take legal action against the pet owner if necessary.
