Exclusive Franchise Agreement Between Saja Hotels and Warwick Hotels & Resorts
SHS is proud to announce the signing of an exclusive franchise agreement in Makkah and Madinah between Saja Hotels and the international group Warwick Hotels & Resorts, launching a new brand under the name “Saja by Warwick Hotels”. This move reflects a shared vision of offering world-class hospitality experiences rooted in authentic local culture, a new step reaffirming SHS’s ongoing commitment to excellence and raising the standards of hospitality.
The agreement was signed by M. Arch. Mulham Khogeer, CEO of SHS and Vice President of Hotels & Hospitality Projects at SIAD Holding, and Mr Ghassan El Hindi, COO of Warwick Hotels & Resorts MENA, in the presence of Eng Mohannad Khogeer, CEO of SIAD Holding and Mr Warren Chiu, Executive Vice President of Warwick Hotels and Resorts. Both parties expressed optimism about the future of this high-impact partnership, which marks a key milestone in SHS’s journey and Warwick’s expansion into the Saudi market.
