About Warwick Hotels and Resorts
Warwick Hotels and Resorts is an international collection of more than 40 independent, luxury hotels located in major cities around the world. We are looking for a Global Web Moderator to join our Marketing team and safeguard the quality, consistency and compliance of digital content across the entire collection, in every market and on every platform.
The role
Based in our Brussels office, you will work in close, direct collaboration with the Global Director of Brand & Digital Marketing and the wider international Marketing team, to ensure the consistency, quality and visibility of digital content across our hotels' distribution and booking platforms. As the central point of contact for content moderation group-wide, you will safeguard the brand's online image, editorial and legal compliance, and user experience across all of the collection's websites. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of international hotel digital marketing, online distribution platforms, and content optimization for search engines and AI-powered tools.
Key responsibilities
Collection knowledge
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the hotels in the collection, their positioning and unique features.
- Become fully familiar with the group's brand standards and digital ecosystem.
Digital content audits
- Conduct detailed audits of content across the official website, booking engine, OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), Google Business Profile, B2B/MICE platforms (Cvent) and other partner platforms.
Content harmonization and updates
- Ensure consistency of information across platforms: hotel descriptions, room categories and names, amenities and services, visual content and photo libraries, editorial tone and brand image.
- Identify gaps, outdated content or missing information.
- Continuously update and optimize content.
Search engine and AI model (LLM) optimization
- Optimize content structure and markup (structured data, schema.org, llms.txt files, FAQ content, etc.) to maximize visibility and accuracy across search engines and generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Copilot, etc.).
- Regularly audit how the collection's hotels are represented in AI-generated answers, identify gaps or inaccurate information, and coordinate corrections.
- Support the improvement of quality and standardization of hotel data to help AI systems interpret it correctly.
Monitoring and continuous improvement in generative AI
- Actively track the fast-moving evolution of large language models (LLMs) and AI-powered search tools, along with emerging best practices (GEO — Generative Engine Optimization, AEO — Answer Engine Optimization).
- Translate this ongoing monitoring into concrete recommendations and continuously adjust content strategy as algorithms and tools evolve.
- Share learnings and best practices with the Marketing team and other stakeholders across the group.
Liaison with the collection's hotels
- Act as the main point of contact for hotel properties' local teams for the collection, validation and regular updating of their content (information, photos, offers, events).
- Maintain regular follow-up with each property to ensure responsiveness, reliability and freshness of content across all platforms.
Content moderation and quality control
- Moderate, review and approve all content published on the collection's hotel websites prior to going live.
- Ensure compliance with editorial guidelines, brand standards, legal requirements and accessibility norms across all platforms.
- Flag inappropriate, non-compliant or at-risk content and coordinate prompt corrections.
Technical and cross-functional coordination
- Work with IT/web development teams, hotel properties and external agencies to resolve technical issues (broken links, outdated pages, faulty forms).
- Coordinate translation and localization of content across the collection's markets and languages.
- Manage a publishing calendar and prioritize update requests coming from individual properties.
Monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement
- Provide regular reporting on content quality, compliance and performance (KPIs, dashboards).
- Stay current on best practices in content moderation, SEO and user experience.
Candidate profile
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- First experience in web content management or moderation, ideally within the hospitality, travel, or a multi-site environment.
- Experience with one or more CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Excellent attention to detail, rigor, and a strong sense of editorial and legal compliance.
- Genuine interest in the hospitality industry and digital environments.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities across a multi-market environment.
- Proficiency with digital platforms and content management tools.
- Genuine curiosity about generative AI technologies (LLMs) and their impact on digital discoverability; willingness to continuously learn in this fast-evolving field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders (hotels, internal teams, external partners).
- Excellent written and spoken French and English; any additional language is an asset.
