GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Anticipate guests' needs and pay close attention to every detail
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including Breakfast, Bar, Restaurant, Room Service, and Banqueting, ensuring service excellence while complying with the hotel's policies and procedures
- Welcome and assist guests, providing attentive, personalized, and warm service at all times
- Take orders, oversee billing procedures, and ensure guest satisfaction while maximizing sales opportunities
- Ensure that all team members consistently demonstrate courtesy, professionalism, efficiency, and impeccable grooming standards
- Promote excellence in both service preparation and execution
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP food hygiene and safety standards
- Report any operational issues or irregularities to management promptly
- Organize and supervise restaurant service, ensuring smooth operations, efficient service flow, and high standards in food and beverage presentation
- Manage inventories and purchasing, ensuring product availability while controlling costs
- Participate in the onboarding, training, and development of new team members, supporting their professional growth and integration
- Prepare regular operational reports for management, providing key performance indicators and relevant information to support decision-making.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualifications & Skills
- Significant experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent listening skills and responsiveness
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
- Dynamic, proactive, and capable of working independently while taking initiative
- Fluent in French with a good command of English
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and ensure compliance with hotel procedures and service standards
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, natural smile, and warm personality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
