KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, support, and motivate the Concierge, Bell Desk, Valet, and Lobby teams
- Ensure a warm, personalized, and impeccable welcome for our international clientele
- Anticipate guests’ needs and expectations to provide exceptional tailor-made service
- Organize transfers, restaurant reservations, entertainment, excursions, activities, and special requests
- Develop and maintain a trusted network of high-end partners and service providers
- Follow up on guest requests and ensure complete guest satisfaction
- Foster seamless coordination with all hotel departments
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion
- Oversee guest expenses, invoicing, and payments related to concierge services
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and scheduling of team members
- Ensure compliance with the hotel's quality standards and internal procedures
- Represent the image and values of the hotel to guests and external partners.

You possess:
- Proven experience in a concierge role within a luxury hotel or palace environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership abilities
- Outstanding organizational skills and a proactive mindset
- Broad general knowledge and an in-depth understanding of Paris
- Fluency in French and English; a third language would be an asset
- Strong diplomacy, emotional intelligence, and a genuine service-oriented approach
- The ability to prioritize effectively and manage complex requests calmly and efficiently.
