KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all pastry production throughout the property
- Organize, allocate, supervise, and monitor the work of the pastry team
- Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of all desserts served
- Develop and regularly update dessert menus, seminar and conference offerings, as well as seasonal and special event creations
- Create new recipes and actively contribute innovative ideas to enhance the pastry offering
- Ensure the smooth preparation and execution of daily service
- Maintain effective coordination with the hotel's various departments, including the restaurant, banqueting, sales, and kitchen teams
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and development of team members
- Manage inventory, place orders, and participate in stock counts
- Monitor food costs and contribute to achieving profitability targets
- Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and longevity of pastry equipment and facilities
- Guarantee compliance with internal procedures and HACCP food safety standards
- Monitor guest feedback and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the guest experience and service quality.

- Proven experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
