A Qualified Stay is a reservation booked directly through warwickhotels.com or through a Warwick Hotels and Resorts reservations office.

Yes. If you do not cancel your reservation within the hotel’s cancellation policy, the applicable no-show charge will be applied to your credit card.
No. To qualify for stay credit toward your Warwick Journeys membership level, you must check in under a Qualified Rate and stay overnight.
After enrolling, you will receive a welcome email with your Warwick Journeys membership number, which should be used when booking stays at participating Warwick Hotels and Resorts.
You can also view your membership number and status by signing in at warwickjourneys.com.
Yes. If you enroll in Warwick Journeys after your stay, your account may still be credited for stays within 7 days of check-out.

Warwick Journeys membership levels are updated overnight as guest stays are reviewed and recorded in the system.
